Efficient service from the gentle, smart staff members. Decent sized, brand-new units provided with slippers, a great view, as for instance. A great selection of DECENT options for meal.

Ideal hotel, stunningly beautiful views and location is excellent right by train station, shopping and attractions, and dotonbori and great location. Reasonably large and functional room and clean bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer and bath sheets. Excellent and extremely friendly staff always on hand. A wide range of great items for buffet breakfast. Simply no complains at all, really enjoyable stay.

Had wonderful stay for 4 nights for my husband's birthday trip and the weather was warm. The restaurant was great with a great view from the dining room, I ordered delicious dishes...

It was an alright match for a city holiday in Osaka with good value for money. Breakfast had a lot of choices, but it got busy. Remember to open a window for airflow, especially if your room is facing the noise of Dotonburi.

The location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw from Dotonburi and lively nightlife. Room size is a bit cramped for luggage, but staff were helpful and cute. Extra touches, like a warm fleece for my mom, made it worthwhile. Secure access after hours adds a nice touch of safety.

Had a great time during my stay. The breakfast buffet was hearty with a mix of Japanese and Western options, and I loved the ice-cold drinks during happy hour! The tight space is worth it for its value and convenience, though, so don't expect spaciousness.

I loved the super clean clean room that I stayed in, the daily cleaning option. The location was perfect, just a stone's throw from the Dotonbori river-talk about scenic strolls! And a 24-hour convenience store right next door was a game-changer for late-night snacks.

Great for Family with Kids

Location was spot on,, just a couple blocks from the Glico sign which is iconic. The staff were helpful, especially the breakfast attendants who kept everything organized and friendly.

It wasn't exactly budget-friendly but acceptable.
